Who can rent a space?
Salon stations are for licensed hairstylists and barbers. Private suites are open to licensed hairstylists, barbers, nail techs and estheticians. Tell us what you do and we'll help you find the right fit.
What's the difference between a station and a suite?
A station puts you on the open salon floor with other independent pros. A suite is a private room with a door that closes. If you can't decide, see both on the same tour.
What comes with my rent?
Utilities, an on-site washer and dryer, social media and website support, and mentorship for newly licensed pros. On top of that, you get one month free rent when you sign a one-year lease.
How much is rent?
It depends on the space. We share current rates and lease details when you call, send a question or come in for your tour.
How does one month free rent work?
Sign a one-year lease and you get one month free. We'll walk you through how the free month is applied, and any terms, before you decide anything.
Can I bring my own clients?
Yes. It's your business. Your clients come with you, and you set your services and prices.
I'm newly licensed. Is that okay?
Yes. Newly licensed pros are welcome here. Ask about mentorship from senior industry professionals when you visit.
